At Conturve, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your own skin, which is why we offer a 60-day hassle-free return and exchange policy on all our shapewear and apparel. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right with easy processing and dedicated support.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Relax

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
